With a background in communications, and environmental policy, Phoebe (she/her) is excited to use storytelling methods as a way towards a more livable future in Maine. She holds a B.A. from Smith College and a graduate certificate in audio storytelling from the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies. Phoebe’s greatest joys are quilting, finding seaglass on the beach, and jumping from high things into deep water. She lives in Portland with her partnerand their two silly cats.
